While there is no dishwasher, there is a large sink with a drying rack. Guests have access to a communal grill, an outdoor dining table, and a fenced-in backyard. All utilities, parking, and internet are included. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so the pet rent can be collected. This apartment is ideally located 3 blocks from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, and 4 blocks from City Park. It's a 5-minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods, and King Soopers, and 5 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District. Downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi are just 12 minutes away, and Red Rocks is 30 minutes away. Ski resorts are a 1 hour and 30-minute drive. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (7 minutes), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (20 minutes). Shared, free laundry is available in the basement of the property next door, a short walk from your bedroom door. The host controls central heat from two thermostats and heating zones for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. This apartment is dog friendly, but has a strict no cats policy. Many guests work from home, so please be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property with no refund. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of the no smoking/vaping policy will result in damages fees. Includes a work-from-home workspace in the den.
