Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), with restrictions on certain breeds. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. All pets must be on leash when outside on property. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests agree to be bound by rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and may be required to undergo a background check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $150 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check out, or guests may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
