Located in historic Elizabeth, this residence is conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s healthcare district. Plaza Midwood and Upton are a short ride away on the streetcar. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to Charlotte’s most vibrant nightlife. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and Mediterranean). Just down the street is Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park. Enjoy a pleasant 5-minute walk for easy access to uptown by using the Charlotte streetcar! Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced.
