There is easy access to the garage and some fun games in the unit. Guests can also enjoy the common area with a barbeque and seasonally heated pool close to the unit. There is a $10 fee per guest after 5 guests in each unit. Centrally located for all your activities planned for your trip to Surprise, the surrounding area of Surprise Stadium offers a blend of sports facilities, outdoor spaces, dining options, and entertainment venues, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment for residents and visitors alike. In addition to the stadium, the Surprise Recreation Campus features several recreational facilities such as baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, and playgrounds. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends, and end at 7 am. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100 fine charged to guests. Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, and there is a $250 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and you will be fined $500 if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. There is a $75 cleaning fee for any pets. An $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. Includes a comfortable office chair and a desk with a lamp.
