Parking passes can be purchased on-site at the guard shack for $50 each, with a limit of two passes per condo. If you arrive after 10 p.m., you may purchase your pass(es) the following morning. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The apartment has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Beach towels are not provided.
