The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-7 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
