This newly renovated apartment, furnished by a designer in March 2023, includes a comfy queen bed with linens and a stocked kitchen. Guests have access to a communal backyard with a grill and outdoor dining table. Free communal laundry is available in the basement mudroom, shared with the first-floor apartment. All utilities, parking, and internet are included. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. Located two blocks from the Cherry Creek Trail, you can easily bike or walk north to Downtown and east to the Cherry Creek Shopping District. Walk to three incredible restaurant areas: two blocks east to Pennsylvania & Bayaud, four blocks east to Alameda, five blocks north to 6th Ave & Cap Hill, and six blocks west to Broadway. It's also seven blocks to Wash Park and around the corner from the Rosebud Cafe. Trader Joe's is a short walk or drive away (seven blocks), and it's only 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 25 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (13-15 minutes), Denver Health (5 minutes), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (25 minutes). The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for this unit and the basement unit. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. The apartment is dog-friendly, but cats are not allowed. Many guests work from home, so please be mindful of noise. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property with no refund. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of this policy will result in damages fees.
