Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) ($75 per person), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). There is a maximum of one vehicle allowed, and no street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party.
