Feel at home in these two houses right beside one another, accommodating up to 20 guests. Each house is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located just 1.8 miles from the city center. The first home features a living room with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, two couches including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed and a futon, while bedrooms two and three each have queen-size beds. Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room complete the interior. The second home features a living room with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, two couches including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Bedrooms one and two both have queen-sized beds, and bedroom three has two full beds. Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room complete the interior. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars per house. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located less than 2 miles from downtown Clarksville city center, this home is conveniently located near major grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Explore local downtown favorites such as Strawberry Ale Works and the beautiful McGregor Park RiverWalk, all less than 3 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
