Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and a lost key fob incurs a $200 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
