This roomy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The living room offers a sofa bed, chair, and a 4K 55" HDR smart TV. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To bring a pet, inform us in advance. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Centrally located, this apartment is adjacent to Cleveland Clinic’s main campus, minutes from Case Western Reserve University and near University Hospitals. Adventure through University Circle, Little Italy, Coventry, and Downtown Cleveland and experience the award-winning restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, museums, and attractions. Nearby places include Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Cleveland Medical Center, and Cleveland Botanical Garden. You're also close to Presti's Bakery, Etna, Mama Santa's, Forest Hills Shopping Center, FairFax Market, and Grocery Outlet. All guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys cost $500. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. Includes an office desk and chair.
