Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
