Each unit features open-concept living areas designed for group comfort, spacious seating, bright, modern interiors, and multiple gathering areas across both homes. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, ample counter space, and coffee set-ups. Parking is easy for groups with up to 4 vehicles in the rear driveway. Additional free street parking is available. Outdoor and garage amenities (including BBQ grills and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained.
