This is a self-serve apartment located in a building with permanent residents, so please be respectful and mindful of neighbors at all times. As this is a typical Montreal triplex, sound can travel more easily, and we ask that you keep noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit; any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee and deodorization charges. Parties and events are not allowed. Please do not place garbage outside unless it is the scheduled collection day; failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty. Pets are not allowed, and any undeclared animal will result in a $300 penalty per animal. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to a daily fee. The base price offered is for an established number of persons, and there is an extra fee for every additional person. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person/per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. The terrace is currently under repair and is not accessible during your stay. Only the front balcony is accessible; the rear balcony is currently under renovation and must not be used, except in case of emergency exit.
