Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are permitted without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am daily, and the home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
