Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, with all windows and doors to the unit remaining closed, and a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and there is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts or apparatus. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
