Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. In addition to its proximity to Savannah, this home is also conveniently located near shopping centers, providing easy access to everything you need during your stay. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a maximum capacity of 3 cars, with 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. Parties or events are not allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, and additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number are not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed; a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms.
