There is also a sunroom, screened porch, balcony, deck, laundry room, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The guest house has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room, a full kitchen and dining area, and a laundry room. Outside, enjoy the firepit, BBQ grill, screened gazebo, multiple decks, picnic tables, and private river access on 2 private acres. One pet is allowed for a $75 pet fee, with any unauthorized or additional pets subject to a $150 pet fee. The quaint town of Bethlehem is 10 minutes away, and the town of Littleton, with all amenities, is 25 minutes away. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. There is zero tolerance for parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior. Local authorities may remove guests who violate this policy, and no refund will be given. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets due to the septic system. Any fines or violations issued by the city must be paid by guests. Any excess trash removal required will incur a $75 trash removal fee. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a $250 fee. An unauthorized party or special event with more than 15 guests will result in a $1000 fee.
