Thank you for your interest in Rio Homes. We will have 3- and 4-bedroom homes with small yards and 2-car garages available starting in 2025. Rent is $2,350/month with a $2,500 deposit for 3 bedrooms, and $2,750/month with a $3,000 deposit for 4 bedrooms. Utilities are not included. Leases begin between June and September. Pets are allowed with a $500 non-refundable fee and $25 monthly pet rent. We cannot show units until June 2025, but floor plans are available at https www aznorth com rio-homes-flagstaff-arizona A $500 hold fee secures a unit between June 1 and August 1, 2026, and applies toward the deposit.
