This room is our most private suite: a king size bed dressed in hotel-fresh linens with three plush pillows, a 50-inch smart TV, private ensuite bath, dual closets, dual side tables and a dedicated work desk with fiber Wi-Fi. Morning light pours through the front windows — ideal for one guest or a couple ($100/month to cover the additional person’s utilities). The shared spaces are bright, modern, and comfortably furnished. Residents can enjoy a welcoming living area, dedicated dining space, and patio or porch access for relaxing outdoors. The dining area also works well as a casual co-working or laptop-friendly space. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, sink, cookware, dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils. Courtesy essentials such as spices, tea, and coffee are also provided. To help keep the home clean and comfortable, management provides monthly cleaning of the shared common areas. Optional private room cleaning and bedding or towel refresh services are available for an additional fee. Every new resident receives a fresh bedding setup, towel set, starter toilet paper and tissues, a room check, and secure door-code instructions before move-in. Additional conveniences include strong internet, cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, full-length mirrors in each room, and responsive property management.
