Mountaineer Ridge is a BRAND NEW AppState-affiliated off-campus housing community, so you’ll get the same reliable, high-quality experience you’ve come to expect, backed by Appalachian State University. Mountaineer Ridge is exclusively for students enrolled at App State. We offer fully furnished apartments with studio, 2-bedroom/2-bath, 3-bedroom/3-bath, and 4-bedroom/4-bath floor plans. The apartments are leased per bedroom. The monthly rent includes everything except parking. Each resident may purchase an annual parking permit through App State to park one vehicle at Mountaineer Ridge. The community is just minutes from campus and has a dedicated AppalCart route. Amenities include a large hot tub, a fireplace with covered outdoor seating and grilling areas, hammock gardens with outdoor swings, a huge lodge with lounge and study spaces, a fitness center, a multi-sport and activity simulator, a 24-hour self-service market, on-site waste and recycling disposal, and elevators in each building.
