Off-street parking is shared by tenants, as is the yard and picnic area. Apartment #4W is a top level unit on the west side of the building. This unit is two-story with the kitchen, living room, half bath and a smaller bedroom on the main level. Two larger bedrooms and the full bath are on the upper level. Each apartment has a fireplace in the living room, and an extra storage closet in the enclosed/common hallway on the north side of the building. There's a communal laundry room (coin-operated machines) on the property for all tenants to share. This apartment is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a wall A/C unit in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living Room = 15'8" x 12'8" Bedroom #1 (lower) = 8'7" x 8'6" Bedroom #2 (upper left) = 14' x 9'7" Bedroom #3 (upper right) = 11'7" x 12'5" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
