Our very best apartment at Willamette Green is currently undergoing renovation (more photos will be added soon). We have two vacancies coming up at Willamette Green Apartments (a small apartment community of 19 residences). Both apartments are corner units with nice views, located upstairs on the 2nd floor of this 2-story community and will be available in January 2025 for an 8-months lease arrangement (a month-to-month option is available also, though terms vary: please inquire). These apartments are not accessible (not designed and constructed to provide accessibility for wheelchairs). The screening fee is $65 for applicants that would be fiscally responsible for the apartment (payable by cashiers check or money order when submitting your completed application).
