1 year lease of $1375.00 a month with a $1000 Security deposit. Water, trash, gas, and sewer included.

We need a complete application from all applicants who are 18 years or older. We require at least one copy of a photo I.D. (a driver’s license, passport, and one other form of identification.)
2-years of verifiable rental history. A good rental history with no late rents or evictions.
2-year steady work combined gross income of about two and a half (2 1/2) times the rent. For those who are self-employed, please provide business license and tax records, and/or 3 previous months of bank statements.
A satisfactory credit report, a credit score of 600 or above with no collections. (All applicants upon signing the application will be paying $25 and authorizing management to run a credit report.)
An application may be denied for any of the following reasons:
