We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs apartment with tree lined views of the river available located in our Riverside Apartments Complex. Riverside Apartments has onsite laundry, Community BBQ and Picnic tables on the river so you can sit and watch the ducks float by from your private deck. Located near the golf course, grocery shopping and the historic downtown. Rent is $1395 a month with a security deposit of $2790. This is a month-to-month lease. No Smoking. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income minimum 2.5x the rent. → Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene • PETS: Accepted upon approval basis with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet. $250 for each additional pet. • Renters Insurance Required - provide with application/proof due by time of signing. When submitting your application, you will need to provide three months’ worth of income in the form of bank statements or paystubs and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid identification to be accepted. If these things are not attached, we will not process the application. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
