This Studio Suite is a larger studio apartment located on the first floor of our Lincoln North location. The high-top table and chairs come with the apartment, and water, trash, and wi-fi are included in the rent! $450/mo is the discounted rate for a 12-month lease with a qualified cosigner. The security deposit is due at lease signing and the prorated first and last installments are due at move-in.
