We do a credit check, background check, and previous/current landlord reference. Our office looks for a minimum credit score of 600. When the application is put in, we require proof of employment/income, preferably with three (3) most recent pay stubs. Monthly INCOME (from all sources) needs to be 2.5x's the monthly rent.
