It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the upper-level.*Please note that the photos provided might be of a similar unit in the same building for reference* We are pleased to inform you that we welcome both dogs and cats in this property; however, there is an associated fee of $50 per animal per month, with a limit of two pets. Please be aware that specific restrictions may apply. There is also a $200 pet deposit. The rental package includes essential services such as lawn maintenance, snow removal, and garbage collection. The tenant is responsible for having electric as well as water in their name. A one-month security deposit is required at the time of lease signing to secure the tenancy. Deposits cannot be accepted until after an application has been submitted and approved, and a showing has been completed. Please note: no unit is held until a showing has been completed and a deposit has been received. To complete the application, we require proof of identification, proof of Social Security number, and 2 months of recent income in the form of paystubs, highlighted bank statements, or voucher letters.
