The following are NOT included in your lease contract;
1. Hydro Each tenant is responsible for enrolling an account with the hydro company and making the monthly hydro payment directly to the hydro company for their invoice. It is not a shared bill. (The hydro bill is usually $30-50 per person.)
2. Laundry - laundry card will NOT be provided to the tenant. The tenant is responsible for purchasing their laundry card. The laundry card costs $10, just the card with no balance
3. Parking Parking space is not included in the lease agreement. There is no assigned spot; customers park their vehicles according to their parking type (we have covered parking for $90 per month and uncovered parking for $75 per month).
Internet and amenities (study room, Cinema, on-site gym) are included in the rent.
It's a 3-year lease with annual termination clauses. This means that the initial contract you are signing will be for 3 years, and you have the option to end the lease yearly as long as notice is provided before the deadline. If no notice is provided, your lease will continue.
