The main house at 1631 W 3rd Ave is a cozy two-bedroom, one bathroom unit that includes a fenced backyard. Close to downtown and schools. The tenant will pay all utilities, including gas for stove. $40/person for w/s/t. No students, pets, or smokers. No W/D. Gas heat. Dogs are allowed with a $200 pet deposit per pet. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply.
