1 bedroom / 1 bath conveniently located in the heart of downtown Durango. Off street parking and shared yard. Tenants are responsible for electric/gas and $40/month for w/s/t. One well behaved dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $300 pet deposit and pet rent of $35/month. No cats. No smokers. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your driver's license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
