Applicant(s) must possess:
1.Monthly INCOME that is equal to or greater than twice the amount of rent.*
2.Good, established CREDIT. **
3.Current employment that spans duration of previous 12 months.***
4.No prior eviction(s).
5.No collection items related to a previous PROPERTY rental.
6.No felonies charges or convictions or other significant criminal history.
*Applicant(s) may QUALIFY without required income if he/she has cosigner whose income is at least three times the amount of rent.
**Applicant(s) may satisfy our credit requirement with a cosigner who meets our credit standards if applicant(s) is/are unable to.
***Applicants without 1 year or more of current employment history may use a cosigner with applicable employment history.
