All units are open concept kitchen to living area with private bedrooms in the back on the first floor and optional second bedrooms in the front on the second floor units. All kitchens have dishwashers, ranges, refrigerators and microwaves provided. Application includes credit, background and eviction check. No history of eviction will be accepted. 3x the rent in income is required as well as a reasonable credit history, all tenants 18 or over must apply.
