It features updated kitchen cabinetry and two new ceiling fans in the main room. The bathroom is large, with a deep "soaker" bathtub and a shower. You will find lots of storage space throughout, with original and updated cabinetry and a walk-in closet. A laundromat is available in the building for residents. For an additional fee, you may rent a reserved parking space in a surface lot right behind the building (please ask if any spaces are available). You may not need a car to live here! The city's most frequently served bus line is accessible right outside the front door, with direct access to Metrolink, the regional light rail system. Supermarkets, a post office, library, and dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping options are within easy walking or biking distance. The apartment is in the Tower Grove Heights neighborhood, named in honor of Tower Grove Park, a Victorian treasure that is one of a handful of parks listed as a National Historic Landmark. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you do not have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance."
