The apartment is three short blocks south of magnificent Tower Grove Park. The monthly rent includes everything except internet. This apartment features updated electric and lots of storage space for its size. The apartment has parquet wood flooring and two ceiling fans in the main room. It is one of the few in the building with its original vintage kitchen. The bathroom is large, with a deep "soaker" bathtub. The apartment features a separate walk-in closet, with two entry doors. A coin-operated laundromat is available in the building for residents. For an additional fee, parking may be available on a lot behind the building (please ask). You may not need a car to live here. This is the most walkable neighborhood in the city. The city's most frequently served transit line runs right outside the front door, with direct access to Metrolink. Supermarkets, a post office, library, dozens of restaurants, bars and numerous shopping options are within easy walking or biking distance. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. Please note that there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance."
