Please note this unit does not contain any windows. Pets are welcome in this building with a $250 pet deposit and monthly $30 pet fee. The building also offers storage units. Off street parking is offered at $65/month (subject to waitlist). Additional $150.00/month utility fee includes high speed internet (tenant is responsible for their own modem), cable, water, trash and sewer. Tenants are responsible for their own submetered electricity billed through Appalachian Power.
