A carport offers off-street parking for one large or two small vehicles. Tenant is responsible for electric. As of 5/28/26, the average electric cost through NWPS is $125. Landlord pays water, sewer and garbage. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
