One of the best things about our home is going to be the location, minutes from the beach and situated along the Pacific Ocean between and connects to the Silver Strand and Coronado Navy Base. For beautiful ocean views head on over to Imperial Beach Pier. Also a quick bike ride to Dunes Park to enjoy swimming, surfing, and beach volleyball. The application fee is $40 per adult, non-refundable.
