There is a walk in pantry off the kitchen for all your food storage needs. The main bedroom has two closets, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors helping make the space feel open and stay cooled off in the summer months. The bathroom has a complete tiled shower and plenty of options for toiletry storage, including a vanity behind the mirror and shelves above the toilet. There is a limited, monitored off street parking lot for tenants on the grounds. No car? No problem, Cedar Flats is conveniently located near bus stops, grocery stores (Trader Joes, Natural Grocers), donut shops, restaurants, a movie theater (Studio One), and so much more! Do your laundry in one of the three laundry rooms on site. Most machines are equipped with PayRange for convenient quarter free laundry payments! Deposit is $1,200.
