Our rooms are $250 - $300 a week * room price depends on room size* ( week to week only) plus a matching security deposit ( to be returned as long as room is left the way it is when you move in). 2 persons per room (that includes children) pets are a separate deposit (non refundable( 1 time deposit)) $50 for A cat and $100 for A dog all to be under 25lbs. Rooms come furnished and everything is included in the rent( water, trash, parking, cable and wifi). No laundry on site. No maid service. Once you occupy room, its your responsibility.
