Accounts in Collections Must Review: Any accounts in collections (supporting documents required). Denied: 5+ accounts with negative values of $250+ each (unless proof is provided showing they are now in good standing). 6. Rental History Verification required through bank statements, receipts, or management company ledgers. Must Review: Any landlord-tenant disputes or legal judgments. Denied: Any eviction on record, including cases filed regardless of outcome. 7. Criminal History Denied: Any sexual offense; any crimes against children. Must Review: Violent offenses, weapons, hate crimes, drug offenses, fraud, DUI, property crimes, financial crimes, and other crimes listed. 8. Registries Denied: Listed on a sex-offender registry or OFAC/terrorist database. 9. Dishonorable Discharge Must Review: Any dishonorable discharge from U.S. Armed Services.
