Past or present registration as a "sex offender" may result in denail. - No crimes including but not limited to: Arson, larceny/theft, breaking & entering, trespassing, any violent crimes, weapons charges, possession and/or distribution of controlled substances/drugs, or any charges relating to the above. Credit Requirements: - clean record maintaining payments on any line of credit - no foreclosures or repossessions on any personal property - free of collection accounts (excluding medical collections) Income Requirements: - Income must be equal to or greater than the rental rate multiplied by 2.5 *** If there may be something concerning on your background or credit history, or just something you would like us to be aware of in general prior to submitting an application, please reach out via call, text, or email and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. *** Any applications submitted are held on file and are valid for 60 days.
