Located at 1021 Manitou Drive in Traverse City, our community offers a variety of thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes. Each unit features a private entrance, washer/dryer hookups, and spacious layouts to provide residents with both comfort and convenience. At this time, all of our units are currently occupied, and we are operating on a waitlist. However, we are still accepting applications from qualified individuals for future openings.
