Thank you for your interest in Manitou Woods. Located at 1021 Manitou Drive in Traverse City, our community offers a variety of thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes. Each unit features a private entrance, washer/dryer hookups, and spacious layouts to provide residents with both comfort and convenience. We’re excited to share that a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome with a walk-out basement will be available the first part of April, with a monthly rent of $1,825. We also expect a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit to become available early to mid-May, with a monthly rent of $1,700. In addition, we are still accepting applications from qualified individuals for future openings and maintain a waitlist.
