Updates include new or steam cleaned carpet, vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint and window coverings. Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors. We allow cats and small dogs (breed restrictions) with a nonrefundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent. The nonrefundable pet fee is $250. There is a $35 additional fee on monthly rent for one pet; $50 additional fee on monthly rent for two pets. Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections ang gross monthly income of 3x the rent.
