The first month's rent, utility fee, and deposit(s) must be paid prior to the move-in date.
All utilities are paid by the tenant. Electricity and garbage service must be obtained by the tenant.
A $65 monthly fee is charged for utilities to reimburse for water/sewer service.
Pets are welcome with owner approval—limit one (1) small dog or cat. A $250 deposit and $60 monthly fee apply per pet.
