Pet policy: - Non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be due upon pet approval or move in date. - Non aggressive breeds only. - Cannot exceed more than 35lbs. - All pet documents must be submitted at the time applying. - $25 monthly pet rent per pet - 2 pets max per unit.
