Monthly Rent: $1000 Utilities applicant will be responsible for: -Electricity Qualifications to meet: 1- No felonies or evictions. 2- Cannot owe a previous landlord 3- Must have at least a 9 month job history with verifiable income 4- Must make 2.5 X rent amount ($2500 or higher to qualify) Fees: * A $40 non-refundable application fee will be due upon applying (per application over the age of 18) * A $75 non-refundable admin fee will be due upon applying (this is a one time fee) *Security deposit $500 (with rental history or 650 credit score or up to $1000 if first time renter) will be due 24hrs after application has been approved.
