We offer:

• Any information received is good for any unit for 40 days, so see as much as you want to make sure you find a good fit for you.
• A background check is required as part of the Showing process. This can be used toward any unit you choose with us within 40 days.
• We require a 620 or better credit score for approval. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months’ rent in advance.
• Setting your showing can be done right on our site, we will contact you for your showing.
• We require that all units be seen by the tenant or a representative of the tenant prior to renting. This can include video tours in some cases.
• Pet policy: $25 per pet each month-2 pet maximum- nonrefundable - pet fee. Cats are welcomed - 2 cats per unit are allowed.
• Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance.
• Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs. All dogs must be a minimum of 1 year in age.
