No previous evictions Make 2.5x the rental rate (or be a student) We are pet friendly. We allow up to 2 pets. Pets must be over a yr old, spayed or neutered and be on a flea treatment with your vet/have current shots. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
