We have a large, nicely landscaped commons area that includes a 3-9ft. outdoor swimming pool open during the summer months. We have spacious bedrooms, living rooms and closets. A small storage unit is included with the apartment at no extra expense. Around half of our units come with covered parking. Downstairs units all have fenced back yards and upstairs units have balconies. We offer flexible month-to-month rental terms, so you can enjoy the freedom of not being tied to a long-term lease. Water, sewer, and garbage are included, providing added value and convenience for our residents. At the Michelbook Apartments, we make everyday living easy with modern digital amenities, including an online maintenance portal and online rent payments. With just a few clicks, you can submit a maintenance request or pay your rent from the convenience of your phone or computer.
