This one-bedroom apartment is on South Grand Boulevard, one block south of Grand & Gravois. The rental price includes appliances, heat, air conditioning, and all utilities except internet. The apartment is on the third floor. It is quiet in the apartment and building - which some may find surprising, given its convenient location on Grand Boulevard. The apartment consists of two very large rooms and a tiny kitchen. There is lots of storage space, with a walk-in closet between the two rooms. There is hardwood flooring throughout the apartment in excellent condition. The apartment's two rooms each have entry doors into the hallway. Both doors feature their original wooden screen doors. There is not a laundromat in the building. However, there are two laundromats within two blocks of the building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions. Parking is free on the street on both sides of the street on the side of the building, on Tholozan Avenue. You may not need a car to live here.
