This one-bedroom apartment is on South Grand Boulevard, one block south of Grand & Gravois. The rental price includes appliances, heat, air conditioning, and all utilities except internet. Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions. Parking is free on the street on both sides of the street on the side of the building, on Tholozan Avenue. You may not need a car to live here! The location is convenient to everything. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee houses, the public library and post office. A stop for the 70 Grand bus, the city's most frequently-operating bus line, is footsteps from here.
