TENANT LIABILITY INSURANCE
Tenant is required to maintain renters insurance for the duration of the Lease. This policy must provide coverage for the Tenant’s personal property, liability for any damage caused to the Premises, and liability for injury to other persons occurring in or about the Premises.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must provide 2 months of pay stubs.
Applicants must provide bank statement showings the funds for the deposit, 1st months + 2 months of rent reserves.
Applicants needs to have current photo identification.
Applicants monthly household income needs to exceed 2.5 times the rent.
Applicants needs to receive positive references from all previous landlords.
Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
Applicants needs to pass a credit and background check before signing the lease.
Applicants must have adequate employment and job history.
If you have trouble meeting a requirement, there are exceptions made if you have a co-signer who qualifies.
